Peggy Choudhry

President of 4CCC & Osceola County Commissioner

Peggy Choudhry is the Osceola County Commissioner for District 3, which represents a significant portion of the Four Corners area and has served on the Four Corners Commissioner’s Task Force. She has advocated for coordinated transportation solutions, improved service delivery, and infrastructure capacity aligned with rapid residential and commercial growth.

Her leadership emphasizes intergovernmental cooperation and responsible planning that enhance economic opportunity and access to essential services across county lines.

Martha Santiago

VICE PRESIDENT OF 4CCC & POLK COUNTY COMMISSIONER

Martha Santiago represents Polk County’s District 4, a core part of the Four Corners region. Through participation in the Task Force, she has supported coordinated approaches to workforce access, public safety, infrastructure investment, and economic opportunity.

Her leadership reflects a commitment to equitable access to services and sustainable long-term planning in rapidly developing and unincorporated areas.

Nicole Wilson

SECRETARY OF 4CCC & ORANGE COUNTY COMMISSIONER

Nicole Wilson serves as the County Commissioner for Orange County’s District 1, which includes a portion of the Four Corners area. As a member of the Four Corners Commissioner’s Task Force, she has championed coordinated planning addressing transportation, housing, environmental protection, and economic development.

Her approach aligns with the regional identity-building frameworks outlined in the 2026 case studies.

Sean Parks

TREASURER #1 & LAKE COUNTY COMMISSIONER

Sean Parks is the Lake County Commissioner for District 2, which encompasses portions of the Four Corners boundary. As an early participant in cross-county coordination efforts, he has facilitated dialogue among the four counties and supported strategic regional planning initiatives.

He has emphasized responsible growth management, transportation infrastructure improvements, and environmental stewardship—particularly relating to the Green Swamp and its hydrological and ecological significance.

Doug Shields

TREASURE #2 & FORMER LAKE COUNTY COMMISSIONER

Doug Shields is the former Lake County District 1 Commissioner for District 2, which encompasses portions of the Four Corners boundary. As an early participant in cross-county coordination efforts, he has facilitated dialogue among the four counties and supported strategic regional planning initiatives.

His leadership has focused on regional collaboration, infrastructure alignment, and creating opportunities for sustainable growth across all four counties.
